Cesar Lares-Torres pleaded guilty to one count of dealing cocaine, and he will not face a count of conspiracy drug dealing, said Lares-Torres' lawyer, James D. Tunick. Lares-Torres will also forfeit $66,700 and a 2003 Honda Accord listed in the indictment.Lares-Torres faces as many as 20 years in prison.Lares-Torres, a Mexican national, was arrested by Lake County drug interdiction police on Interstate 65 near Lowell.
