Arrested Mohammad Ramzan, Muzaffar Hussain, Adil Hussain, Abdul Hamid and Basharat Ali, arrested and one kilogram of heroin was recovered from their possession during a raid in Doda district, police said on Friday.
In another raid, 100 grams of brown sugar was recovered from an isolated place in Doda, they said, adding, no one was arrested in this connection.
Twenty pouches of illicit liquor were also recovered from a shop in Jammu.
