Ruggiero also had an outstanding warrant at the time of her arrest, according to police. She was additionally charged with two counts of identify theft; two counts of false statement to procure a credit card; two counts of illegal use of a credit card; one count of larceny in the fourth degree; and one count of larceny in the sixth degree.
