FBI seeks public's assistance in locating fugitives involved in Brian Terry murder investigation

08:26 |

The FBI is holding a press conference Monday to ask for help looking for fugitives in the Brian Terry murder investigation. Terry was shot in the back in December of 2010. At the time, there were believed to be five people involved in his killing. The FBI has never said which person pulled the trigger that killed him. They have also never been able to say which gun killed him. As ABC15 has been reporting, two of the weapons found at the scene were linked back to the Fast and Furious case. That's the case that allowed criminals to get weapons and transport them to members of drug cartels, while agents admitted to looking the other way. Manuel Osorio-Arellanes is currently in custody. Border Patrol agents shot him at the scene. The U.S. Attorney handling the case confirms that Monday's press conference will reveal who how many people are in custody, and how many are still at large. ABC Investigator Lori Jane Gliha is in Tucson gathering information on this developing story.
