Seven arrested in black-tar heroin bust - CharlotteObserver.com: "Six men and one woman have been charged in Charlotte with conspiring to distribute black-tar heroin, in a federal bust that netted about six pounds of the drug, according to a federal criminal complaint filed Monday.
Agents also seized cash, cell phones and two handguns during searches of five homes and two cars.
All seven suspects face federal charges of conspiracy and possession with intent to distribute at least one kilogram of cocaine."
