SALISBURY CRIME: Fruitland man charged with heroin possession | delmarvanow.com | The Daily Times: "Charles Edward Lewis, of the 500 block of St. Lukes Road, was stopped by officers in the Eastern Shore Drive and Vine Street area on May 13 around 9:13 p.m., according to police.During the stop, a K-9 unit was requested and alerted officers to the presence of suspected drugs in the vehicle, according to police.
Officers found suspected heroin and drug paraphernalia.
Lewis was released on his own recognizance.
A District Court hearing is scheduled for September."
