Arriola Marquez was indicted in 2003. He pleaded guilty in federal court in Denver last year.
Prosecutors say the investigation into a drug ring operated by Arriola Marquez and his brother, Oscar Arriola Marquez, netted more than 2,300 kilograms of cocaine and more than $10 million in cash."
