Cross, 25, was wanted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for his alleged involvement in a Federal Conspiracy Case linking him to the sale and distribution of liquid and black tar heroin in Friendswood and the Clear Lake area.
Cross was indicted by a Federal Grand Jury in Houston May 12.
With the help of family members, police were able to locate Cross at the League City Municipal Court. He was taken into custody at 4:15 p.m. by Precinct 8, Galveston County Constable and the League City Police Department.
Cross was booked into the Friendswood City Jail Tuesday evening and then transferred into Federal custody in downtown Houston Wednesday."
