The six attorneys representing the six defendants today have been objecting much of the morning about hearsay evidence they say prosecutors are using to tie all nine people together and charge them with corrupt organizations and criminal conspiracy.
Appearing in court today are:
Ricardo Diaz, 43, of Brooklyn, N.Y.; Kevin Downey, 40, of Bellmore, N.Y.; Rodolfo Hernandez, 42, of Ridgewood, N.Y.; Henry Matamoros, 36, of 1610 N. 20th St., Allentown; Eric Rosario, 32, of 399 Turner St., Allentown; and Sean Dedmon, 27, with no current address."
