2 Men In Heroin Ring Get Federal Sentences - wcco.com: "Two men already serving state sentences for drug overdose deaths in Waukesha County have now been sentenced for federal crimes.Twenty-five-year-old Jason Lund of Wauwatosa and 30-year-old Luke Bandowski of Genesee were sentenced Thursday in U.S. District Court for conspiracy to distribute heroin resulting in death.They were convicted in a heroin ring that led to 11 overdoses, including five deaths.Federal Judge J.P. Stadtmueller gave Lund 14 years and seven months in prison, and Bandowski got 13 years and four months. But Lund already faces 15 years for his state crimes, and Bandowski faces 18.The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports the federal sentences will be served concurrently."
