Craig Gisler assisted in the arrest and subsequent investigation, during which deputies found between two and four grams of heroin in the vehicle.Both men were charged with possession of a controlled substance, heroin, 1-4 grams. The offense is a third degree felony punishable by a prison term of from two to ten years and a fine of as much as $10,000 if they are convicted.Officials at the Bee County Jail said later Wednesday that bond had been set at $2,000 for Rodriguez and at $3,000 for Abel."
